• Designed and deployed complete autopilot systems for various fixed-wing and multicopter UAVs. Evaluated multiple control schemes using model-based and classical control design methodologies to successfully achieve project requirements.• Modelled a high-fidelity simulation suite, including complex non-linear system dynamics, sensor and contact models, as well as environment conditions. Interfaced application with external software through standard software communication protocols.• Proposed and conducted extensive robustness test cases to validate system performance, arresting safety-critical issues before deployment.• Appointed as the ROS/programming instructor for the DSO World of Science programme.
