As head of New Device Lab, led a multi-site (Korea, US, India, Russia, Ukraine) R&D group responsible for the development of next generation sensors, IoT and wearable devices. As head of Health R&D Group, led product planning and development teams to productize health related devices and solutions. The solutions included hardware and firmware components on flagship smartphones and wearables. Grew the SHealth platform from less than 5 million to over 50 million monthly active users. Developed advanced machine learning algorithms based on data collected from smartphone and wearable sensors. Led strategic partnerships and acquisitions in digital health.

Responsible for the development and production of wearable devices including LifeTrak and SmartHealth brands as well as private label brands including Timex, Reebok, New Balance, Sportline and Pro-Form. Developed heart rate monitoring solutions integrated into all major fitness equipment brands including TechnoGym, LifeFitness, Precor, Nautilus and StarTrac. Worked with sales in placing products into major retailers including Best Buy, Frys, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Costco and Amazon.Directed the development of customized health monitoring solutions for NASA, DARPA, Office of the Secretary of Defense, US Army Medical Research, Office of Naval Research, and Department of Homeland Security.

Founded the company in partnership with Stanford University. Responsible for developing database-backed web services and remote monitoring and control solutions. Clients included city of Hannover, Sony Music, British Air, Nike and Siemens. Developed educational and technical resources for the semiconductor and related industries, creating the leading e-learning service in the field. Customers included Intel, Samsung, TI, IBM, AMD, Applied Materials, Novellus, and TEL.

Managed the development of process equipment for optical telecommunications, MEMS and linear IC applications. Generated and successfully executed market entry strategies for key markets, including the optical telecommunication and RF integrated circuit industries, resulting in a successful Nasdaq IPO of CVC, Inc. and acquisition by Veeco. Obtained and managed government research contracts ($3.6M DARPA project).
