Lee Yousef, President & CEO of Greystone Group Ltd., is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in development and construction. With a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Calgary, Lee began his career managing the construction and sales of hundreds of single-family homes at Cardel Homes, gaining hands-on expertise in large-scale residential projects.In 2011, Lee founded Polida Developments, delivering more than 50 high-quality custom homes in Calgary’s inner-city neighbourhoods, further building his expertise in urban infill and community-focused design. Later, as CEO of the Off-Market Investment Network, he led a network of thousands of real estate professionals, bridging investment opportunities between Ontario and Alberta and driving the sale of over 7,000 pre-sale condos, townhouses, and duplexes.Since 2022, Lee has directed Greystone Group Ltd. in developing multi-family mid-rise units across Edmonton and Kelowna. With a portfolio of over 1,200 purpose-built rental units from current and past projects, Greystone Group has established itself as a leader in Western Canada’s housing landscape.
