I have over 8 years of experience in operations, strategy, and management, working with various organizations in the healthcare sector, such as Tenera and BlueLight Analytics. I have a strong background in economics, with a B.Sc. from Dalhousie University, and a Corporate Residency MBA from the same institution. I have developed and implemented multiple initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster collaboration across different stakeholders. I have also leveraged my skills in people management, training and development, and business management to support the growth and development of my team and the organization.
