• Lead new product development projects• Develop pharmaceutical market insight

• Lead budgeting/controlling/reporting activities through timely and frequent BU to HQ communication; • Act as the planner/controller for R&D operation and support site head and other site leadership team in financial management (operation, investment project, external project and FTE)• Project controller for R&D laboratory expansion; strategic planning for the R&D department• Provide training for project leaders in R&D project planning and controlling for the internal process (OPX2/Planisware/SUCCEED, SAP and GRANT process)• Interaction with local government(customs, DRC,etc.) in business tax exemption/VAT refund; involved in R&D operation (GMP/QA/QC, HSE and other compliance); • Implementation of SAP, setting business processes for SAP Modules (PS); maintain intranet website as a communication portal / as an ISEC contact for local site / design database for project planning

• Lead analytical part as a senior scientist in many projects (new drug synthesis/analysis in R&D) using various state of art analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, etc.) to ensure good quality and compliance• Support quality system (e.g. SOPs writing and responsible as the SOP manager for quality management)• Help to set up analytical/synthesis laboratories; support R&D centre expansion project
