Profile bio

About Lefteris Mamais

A true Space enthusiast and an avid flow-seeker throughout my academic and working life, I am always keen to contribute to the design, development and implementation of high-impact projects. Thus, since 2011, I have had the immense pleasure and great fortune to get involved in numerous activities related to the development of space-based solutions, their adoption by users and the overall strategic planning at programme level. In this timeframe, I have been working closely with institutional actors, leading scientists, innovators and entrepreneurs, and very importantly users, in collaborations that seek to bring the benefits of space down to Earth thus producing positive impact for the environment and our society. As co-Founder and Director at Evenflow, I have the pleasure of leading the company's activities in relation to commercialisation support services (helping start-ups, SMEs, and universities to transform their R&D into sustainable solutions) and strategy consulting (supporting a wide range of public and private clients). My academic qualifications, seemingly as far as the objects I studied themselves, include a Master’s of Science in Physics from the honors programme of the University of Bonn with main research focus on Astroparticle Physics and Cosmology (Dark energy - Supernovae Ia). I am fluent in English, German and Greek (and hopefully soon in Polish and French!).

Listed skills include Satellite Navigation, Earth Observation, Space Technology, Management Consulting, and 13 others.
