I am a software engineer (and former corporate lawyer). I am fascinated by the every facet of my work and hope to contribute to the progress that will continue shaping our future in unimaginable ways. In my time at General Motors I've had the privilege to work on projects ranging from advanced crash safety notification logic to in-vehicle embedded controls. My work has also allowed me to build functional libraries wired to robust user interfaces. In the future, I hope to leverage my educational experience to improve the security and robustness of software and design. In my previous life, my legal practice focused on international mid-market mergers and acquisitions along with estate planning. My responsibilities included drafting and negotiating corporate purchase agreements. I have experience managing the corporate affairs of large international companies, which entailed drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions. I have also drafted portions of offering memoranda, updated commercial paper programs, and given corporate governance advice ranging from GDPR to foreign private issuers and emerging growth companies SEC compliance.I look forward to continue learning from the amazing friends I've come to know, as well those soon to be made.
