Graduating with a degree in Finance, I quickly joined the business consulting industry. As I sharpened my knowledge of business operation, process improvement and creative problem-solving, I recognized that I wanted a career that allowed me to spend more time with my family and have greater individual impact. I went on to build a second career in residential real estate. As that business grew, I set my sights on corporate real estate development…in 2007.…While I had been a Northwestern Mutual client for several years, a close friend and now colleague introduced me to the career professionally in 2010. I was initially attracted to the career by the potential financial opportunities it provided, but what convinced me to dive in and never look back was the opportunity to build true impact.
