Heidi has a unique blend of social media and communications experience from non-profit and for-profit organizations. She has managed social networks, blogs, website content and newsletters and built strategic social media plans and inbound marketing strategies for a variety of small to mid-sized businesses. An early adopter to blogging, Heidi has maintained her own blog since 2001 and has contributed to a variety of publications such as Chesapeake Inspired magazine, the Bay Weekly newspaper, and Chesapeake Family magazine along with a number of local and national web publications. In addition, she maintains certifications from Hubspot (Hubspot Software, HubSpot Email, Content and Inbound Marketing certifications), Hootsuite (certified social media professional) and is Google (Google AdWords certified).Heidi has over two years of agency experience managing a wide variety of client accounts in the B2B and B2C spectrum. Most notably, during her time at Quintain Marketing, she managed the client account and oversaw the campaign that was later recognized as Client Campaign of the Year at the HubSpot Impact Awards in 2015.
