Mr.Lan holds LL.M. (with distinction) from Tulane University and LL.B. (Maritime Law) from Dalian Maritime University. Mr. Lan is admitted to practice in PRC and New York State, he focuses on cross-border dispute resolution, his practice including shipping, international trade, insurance, sanction & export control, bankruptcy, construction, general corporate & commercial matters etc. Mr.Lan has extensive trial experience before PRC Courts of various levels and international arbitration institutions.
