The SeqOIA (Sequencing, Omics, Information Analysis) project is part of the French national plan called : “Plan France Medecine Genomique 2025” (FMG 2025) and supported by Hopitaux de Paris (AP-HP), Curie institute and Gustave Roussy institute. FMG 2025 aim project is to establish a high-throughput sequencing platforms in order to promote the access conditions for genetic data in terms of diagnosis, prognosis and therapeutic in France. There is also a scientific and technological goals, in order to have a better understanding of pathologies such as cancer and rare diseases. The SeqOIA-IT platform is one of the two platforms selected in the FMG 2025 project. In terms of data volume, the SeqOIA platform will analyze 18 000 equivalent genome sequencing data each year. This platform integrates its own data storage, data calculation infrastructure, prescription and visualization solution.https://laboratoire-seqoia.fr/I am responsible for automation and development of Whole Genome Sequencing pipelines in the context of cancer and rare disease diagnostic. Those pipelines are based on GATK tools and Snakemake.I am in charge also of data management and production pipelines on the HPC cluster.
