After 10 years of experience essentially spent as commercial executive and in consumer services industry, I created at the end of 2017 my own brand in the sector of pool, spa and watering in Aix-en-Provence area and its surroundings. I offer my customers a whole new experience of the pool, applying the customer experience strategy based on innovation through digital with the anticipation of unwanted events and a multi-service offer. My goal: that maintenance is no longer a barrier to the acquisition of a pool. For that, I have a long-term vision as well with my customers, as on the choice of material. The customer satisfaction is at the heart of my approach, working to make the customer journey as easy and effortless as possible (home delivery, online appointment taking and much more).
