I'm a doctoral student in history, co-supervised by the Université de Lille and the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and the laureate of one of the doctoral contracts offered by the Institut des Amériques. My thesis, on the 1976 International Tribunal for Crimes against Women, explores the circulation of feminist ideas and activist strategies between the Americas and Europe. By approaching this event from a transatlantic perspective, I am interested in the evolution of activist and political strategies within the feminist movements of the 1970s, as well as in the memory of social movements.I am currently a visiting scholar at Georgetown University, Washington DC, where I develop academic collaborations and scientific projects in the fields of women's rights and gender studies. My professional career has also been marked by roles of responsibility in the coordination of feminist projects, such as the immersive exhibition on the 1976 Tribunal, the first in Europe on this theme, for which Laurane Le Goff and I designed an immersive scenography recreating the atmosphere of a court of law. At the same time, I organized an international symposium dedicated to the Tribunal, which drew an audience of nearly 150 people.I also edited the expanded edition and first French translation of the Tribunal's proceedings (Édition augmentée des actes du Tribunal International des Crimes contre les Femmes : analyse historique, annotations critiques, 2024). This publication brings together biographies of participants and information on global feminist collectives, and is intended as a practical tool for researching or raising awareness of the history of feminist movements.With several years' professional experience in project management, I have also held various positions in the service of victims of violence. To this end, I founded the Phénixes association in 2019, with which I have developed and run training courses in partnership with institutions such as the École Centrale de Lyon, aimed at raising awareness among different audiences of gender issues and the fight against violence. These field experiences enrich my research approach and reinforce my academic and practical commitment to women's rights and the memory of international feminist struggles.
