As a loan originator I developed my own mortgage loan leads and brought them to thecompany. I coordinated with the clients, the real estate agents, appraisers, title,escrow, processing, and underwriting to close the transactions on time. I developed andfunded my own marketing. I attended many extensive marketing training programs. Icreated and maintained a customer and client database for myself and my broker. I createsmany customer data mining algorithms that greatly improved the integrity of the data.

I worked on the test team for Office 2000, Office XP, and Office 2003. My feature setincluded: Excel PivotTable OLAP data connection and grouping, Excel Web Query connectionto Exchange Server data, PivotList (web version of PivotTable) data source connectivityand updatability, MS Access Data Pages, and Office document sharing through SharepointServer.I have used Excel and Access extensively, both as an end user and in the softwaredevelopment role. I have an excellent understanding of their features. I setup andmaintained SQL Server, MS OLAP Server, and SAS servers in order to test databaseconnectivity features of Excel and Access. I created dozens of test databases with a widevariety of tables, views, and stored procedures. I am very familiar with SQL syntax.

As the corporate systems administrator I spearheaded the creation of a new data entrysystem to replace the antiquated software being used at the time. I designed anddeveloped the system using Microsoft Access. The system included a full audit trailrequired by the FDA. This program was rolled out company wide.As a database administrator I processed updates, ran checks on outlying data, coordinatedwith the data entry staff, and created reports for statisticians. I worked on variouspatient database projects for different clinical trial programs.
