Partnered with consulting firm RevelOne on engagement with Ritchie Brothers (RBA), the world's leading marketplace for used heavy equipment, to help make their marketing organization and its operations and capabilities best in class. Reviewed company operations and strategy, and then combined two Marketing orgs (one from acquired IronPlanet) and designed new strategic and marketing capabilities, including category/sector management, supply and demand relationship marketing and content marketing.

Led sports-focused community platform for out-of-market team fans (e.g. Red Sox fans outside of Boston), securing $460K in angel funding and ramping monthly unique visitors from 40K to 500K.

Developed the Dinner Club app, a personalized restaurant recommendation and discovery app.

Developed and managed eBay and PayPal’s global shipping platform, enabling more than $40M in annual revenue and 50 bps increase in eBay transactions. Responsible for business and product strategy, partner negotiations and management, revenue and international expansion. Partners included: the US Postal Service, UPS, Freightquote.com, Pitney Bowes, Canada Post, Royal Mail and La Poste. Managed three direct reports and led a large cross-functional team across the two companies.

•Designed market-entry strategies and recruited new clientele for this start-up US consulting firm working with foreign firms targeting the Vietnamese market, including the State of Oklahoma, Kysor Industrial, Electrosteel of India and Bayer's OTC Group. •Helped arrange third-party financing for $45MM in telecom deals for Hughes Network Systems.
