As an Aquaculture Engineer, between 1996-2000, I managed a Salmon Farming Research and Development Center in Chiloé, Chile. At the beginning of the health crisis that hit the industry, I decided to move to Santiago.Since 2001 to 2014, I trained and developed vast experience in management and production of Corporate, Artistic, Social and Sports Events. I worked for public and private entities, participating in important International Summits, Forums, Conferences and Tours.I continued my career in the exciting world of hospitality. Between 2014-2016, I worked as F&B Supervisor at Sheraton Santiago Hotel and between 2016-2019, I was Events & Banquets Manager at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Vitacura.From mid-2019 to 2021, I focused my knowledges in Restaurants at eastern Santiago neighborhood, implementing differentiated protocols in service and customer experience. During the pandemic I participated in the development and implementation of a successful delivery model. In 2022, I decided to live in Búzios, Brazil. During the first year, I worked as Restaurant Manager at the Hotel Atlántico Buzios Convention Resort and I’m currently working at prominent Restaurante Madame Bardot Búzios as Services Host.My main skills are: - Select and form teams to provide better services.- Obtain superior results, creating memorable experiences.- Develop and strengthen alliances.- Reduce operating expenses.
