- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customerlifecycle (both B2B & B2C)- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads (in B2B and B2C)- Document business processes and provide sales support- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, analysis, and optimize accordingly- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and align with COO & CEO about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets- Lead, build and retain a high-performing marketing team

- Build up marketing and communication strategies for Asia Pacific market- Manage email marketing and other promotional campaigns- Conduct market research to improve member journey, grow database, drive data activation, engagement, trigger sales and retention- Ensure the consistency of all brands messaging and visual identity- Develop B2B partnerships and execute joint marketing initiatives- In charge of developing UI/UX for website, landing pages and mobile app- Prepare timely performance and expense reports

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, social media anddisplay advertising campaigns- Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency- Proactively prepare all communications’ content such as PR posts, proposal, websites, blogsand seeding posts to increase the interaction of the subscribers- Plan, organize events and evaluate the performance through reports- Manage relationships with operations partners- Receive customers feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
