Marketing Manager
Current- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customerlifecycle (both B2B & B2C)- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads (in B2B and B2C)- Document business processes and provide sales support- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, analysis, and optimize accordingly- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and align with COO & CEO about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets- Lead, build and retain a high-performing marketing team
