Finding, approaching and establishing long-term relationships to consult Digital transformation software solutions for customers who are Medium enterprises. What I do is:- Research and find out about Medium-sized enterprises.- Collaborate with other departments (Other business groups, ONB, Engineering,...) to present the Digital transformation system for businesses.- Negotiating and persuading enterprises to sign contracts.- Monitor and manage the project implementation roadmap, serving as the focal point of coordination between MISA and the Customer’s departments to ensure the successful implementation of the project.- Manage and maintain relationships with deploy customer files to cross-sell other software in the Digital transformation System.

- Find and develop over 400 customers via telephone + direct consultation.- Support and care to ensure that customers re-register to use the service with a rate of over 75%.- Responsible for planning and implementing the center's events.- Handle customer feedback and complaints.- Win the Best Center Award (Highest Revenue) in 2019 with the rate of 150%.

- Consulting over 700 customers including students and professionals via telephone, email, face-to-face interactions, which result in acquiring an additional over 240 customers for the Company.- Responsible for ensuring the target of the direct source (accounting for 65% of the Company's revenue target).- Ensuring the ability of new employees (Develop a process for training a new employee and arrange training follow-up based on available resources during the probationary period).
