Hawden Associates was founded on the 1st September 2008 as a Sole Trader business offering electrical services design, engineering support and project management to local contractors and consultancy practises. The company has developed into a multi-disciplinary building services consultancy and is able to offer the additional services of BREEAM Assessment, BREEAM Commissioning Management, EPC’s and SAP’s. Hawden Associates fully appreciate the fact that the detailed M&E design on modern projects is reliant on the outcome of early energy assessment, appraisal of renewable requirements, and predicted CO2 emissions. We apply our extensive M&E knowledge into the energy assessment decision making to ensure that the most practical and cost effective solutions are put forward to comply with all of the requirements imposed under current legislation, whether planning conditions, building regulations, or CIBSE requirements. Additionally we are involved in many complex and challenging projects, outside of the day to day norm, and as such have developed a unique problem solving ethic in respect of the challenges faced in carrying out our duties.
