Creative Manager
Current• Manage the production schedules and deliverables of all marketing materials for a portfolio of 20+ student housing properties around the United States • Maintain expert knowledge of all current ACC systems, products and services along with a basic understanding of future system and product development plans• Oversee bug management, workflow management, and wish-list priorities for the in-house creative materials system• Collaborate with the Marketing, Leasing, and Operations teams across ACC's network to support the implementation of Strategic Marketing Plans and established procedures • Leverage attention to detail in the management of community websites and materials and final proofing of all design items and copy to ensure the integrity of the ACC brand• Coordinate production and shipping across the national rolodex of ACC vendors for materials ranging from small promotional goods to large, structural installations• Through exceptional communication in live-demo and recorded trainings, assist in the ongoing development of ACC team members in system functions and the understanding of brand guidelines• Alongside our university and sports marketing partners across the US, identify opportunities for new activations and make-goods to improve plan performance• Manage the follow-through of activations and make-goods of sports marketing contracts through strict attention to detail and communication with on-site teams
