• Management of midi bus operators and office administrative staff.• Review vehicle inspection reports, liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate maintenance repair for operations equipment and vehicles.• Manage and reconcile petty cash.• Manage a team of 18 assigned midi bus operators and ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service provided.• Maintain quality standards of client services• Manage and oversee the schedules and daily routes of assigned midi bus operators.• Develop and be conversant with bus routes, and schedule vehicles and drivers.• Respond to and investigate complaints from passengers regarding operations and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.• Obtain and file midi bus operator’s documentation such as driving records; maintain accurate and complete driving record files for audits.• Prepare monthly ticket sales report.• Monitor and maintain the vehicle tracking and camera systems on the buses.• Maintain annual leave records for staff and ensure leave forms are completed as required.• Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and makes recommendations to the Director of Operations.• Ensure Sla are maintained.• Ensures midi bus operators and administrative staff are informed about changes to company procedures and services in accordance with Sla.• Handle discipline of staff as needed and in accordance with company policy.• Build trustworthy relationships with suppliers and vendors.• Ensure the relay of information to all Executives, Administrative Staff and Midi Bus Operators is communicated timeously and appropriately.• Conform to all South African government laws and regulations.• Maintain healthy work relationships between management and staff.• Execute necessary office housekeeping and adhoc duties assigned by the Director of Operations.
