She serves Sentry Management by supporting 6 Regional Presidents and Senior Vice President of Business Development. She guides the Regional Presidents and Business Development teams in setting strategic goals for the 45+ divisions across the United States to help them meet their client service level commitments and overall financial goals. As part of the executive team for Sentry, Lehman works closely with other key executives in the company to develop long-term strategic plans to improve operations and drive revenue growth to be the best community management company in the country.Before Sentry Management, Lehman served with Cities Management in Minneapolis, MN for over 20 years. She guided the company's strategic direction, vision, and growth initiatives, as well as continued to oversee day-to-day operations at the company of over 50 employees. She was one of only a small handful of female presidents in the community management industry. In addition to her careers with Sentry Management and Cities Management, Lehman demonstrated leadership in the community management industry on a national and local level. She is a past president of the Community Association Institute-Minnesota Chapter and has served on the board of directors of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association. She was committee chair of the CEO-MC Retreat Planning Committee with the Community Association Institute.A Minnesotan through-and-through, she has lived in the north suburbs of Minneapolis most of her life and currently resides there with her husband. The couple has two grown sons. Traci enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting and spending time with her family at her lake home on Lake Vermilion in Tower, MN, close to the Canadian border.
