Phuc founded Vietnam Human Resources Club in January 2001. Over more than twenty years, the club has been officially known as Vietnam Human Resources Association (VNHR) which is a not-for-profit professional organization. VNHR is the largest, recognized HR professional organization in Vietnam, attracting numerous leading human resources professionals and experts. VNHR has more than 1200 official members with regular activities in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Vung Tau, Da Nang, Mekong Delta region and other provinces across the country. More than 60% of VNHR members are at management levels and are working in around eight hundred organizations, 50% of which are MNCs, international corporations. Annually, VNHR hosts more than fifty activities and events including: professional online discussion & consulting groups, seminars, meetings, training programs, HR Summit. VNHR is proudly the host of annual Vietnam HR Summit (since 2015) and Vietnam Labor Law Conference (since 2009) - the largest and most prestigious conferences in Vietnam for the Human Resources industry. VNHR is Member of Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors (VACD).

The ASEAN Human Development Organisation was founded in 2018 to promote human development in the workplace across the 10 ASEAN Member States. AHDO fulfils the need to connect ASEAN’s national HR Associations in the region into a professional community. AHDO works with ASEAN institutions on policy and initiatives and is their dialogue partner in addressing the region’s human development at work. AHDO aims to develop ASEAN’s management identity and culture with a core purpose of improving human development at work. To fulfil its mission AHDO publishes research and white papers, organises conferences and events across the region, works with international organisations and manages regional certification programmes for human development professionals.
