Le Hong Phuc is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in human resources management, organizational transformation and development for global, growth-oriented companies. Phuc has in-depth knowledge and experience in various aspects of human resources management including HR strategy planning and execution, organizational development, talent management, business restructuring, industrial relations in different business environment from start-up, growth and expansion, merge and acquisition to market leaders.Phuc worked as senior HR leader in many international companies including American Standard, ICI (Akzo Nobel), Intel, Avery Dennison, Samsung. He played various roles as Deputy CEO, CHRO, COO at Nova, Empire, KN and Phuc Khang Corporation.He holds Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) at French Vietnamese Center of Management (CFVG).Phuc founded and lead VNHR, the largest human resources association in Vietnam. He is the founding member of ASEAN Human Development Organization and is current Chairman of this organization.Beside the professional career, Phuc is very active in social and community development.
