With changes in the management team and the successful finish of our company’s biggest project REDI, I have continued my workas a project manager. I have been responsible of the final design of façade products, while keeping the project budget on course, following the contracts, timingthe production and installation of the products of project in hand. I run 10-20 project at a time depending on the size’s of the projects. To mention a few meaningful architectural façadeprojects where I have run or been part of the project and done the final designs are:- the copper casset’s on the main entrance and around the REDI shopping center and lot of other architectural facades in the whole complex- the façadeof Vantaa’s new water tower. - a façade art-piece(a full room)in one of the Länsi-Metro’s extensions stations.Below reference links to two of these.

Head of Alupro installation projects. I have continued as a project manager with other management tasks as part of my work. While running a five person project management team my position has taken me in to the Alupro management team, work safety team, quality team and welding team. I am responsible of the project flow, tasking the projects and following the financial side of the projects. Also other tasks have been working on our ISO certificates in the welding and quality teams.

I have been a project engineer with emphasis in R&D of building façade products. Alupro produces building façade product from all kind of sheet metal materials. The main material used is aluminum but steel, copper and other materials are also used.I run projects and do development work for our customers. Normal project work at Alupro includes communication with the customer, measuring the site for final design, designing fastening solutions, creating production drawings, planning production, arranging installation time and crew, holding up on the time table, acquiring materials for project, informing on invoicing when parts of the project that can be invoiced, creating required documents for customer and create new solutions when needed to our customers. All this, while working in sync with my co-workers and factory floor to produce and develop new façade product’s.For design work I have mainly used AutoCAD and SolidWorks. As supporting programs I have used normal office products.

Did my master's work during this time. The topic of my work was on applying VMI to Rautaruukki.
