As a project assistant I was responsible for order input for projects, revisions, order monitoring and reporting. I also handled order delivery and invoicing.

I worked for Stockmann at two different locations; Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki and Pakkala, Vantaa. My responsibilities included inspecting the incoming cargo and processing them within the guidelines. I also picked up orders and did inventory checks. Company used Oracle SCM-program in handheld devices and computers.

As the line keeper I kept record of incoming goods. Part of my daily duties was to keep the inventory in order using Lean production management software. I also packed orders and helped to keep the material flow to the production lines constant.
