• In charge of Sales performance and After sales Service activities for MPS Food Division• Develop the relation with actual customers and build up the connection with potential customers• Ensure proper service support to existing customers• Actively interact with Non-Food Division in order to leverage the strength within the organization

• Take the lead of NPD activities within PVM Vietnam (co-ordinate with Production, Engineering, Packaging Development, Quality Control, Marketing to address the request for relevant tasks/support; manage the whole project since recipe is transferred / cost optimization if requested to RM procurement till industrial trial/sample approval and mass production verification)• Closely work with Marketing and Purchasing to optimize cost of product in order to improve Gross Margin • Coordinate the product development process in a way to ensure the compatibility of recipe legally with the destination market and requirement of FSSC process-wise.• Perform as the technical leader of newly set-up production lines within PVM Vietnam (Chocolate drop-rolling molded, Gelatinized Chewy Candy) and as a local partner of Headquarters R&D in Italy• Take the role of a stakeholder in improvement projects to improve quality / performance of products in term of process parameters optimization• Develop people within the team in order to ensure availability of successor and talent pool inside the organization

• Co-ordinate the Training activities within Production Dept. by planning the yearly training plan, scheduling the training and evaluating the benefit (how many working hour per ton of product achieved vs. the previous year, how many machine one operator can operate)• Take the lead of internal improvement projects (reduction of water consumption within the factory by reviewing the cleaning cycle for cooking lines and wherever the loss of process water is noted, reduction of PM loss in the production of blister packing machine, reduction of scrap of molded lollipop by analyzing the source of loss and put the control points wherever needed)

• In charge of scheduling / performing industrial trials for new product development, back-up RM evaluation, process optimization… Some of which are interdepartmental projects• Lead a small team with two Assistants to cover the scope of R&D Chewing gum and Chewy Candy• Design the quality control scheme upon new product development process in order to verify the performance of product during production, graining process in Warehouse and further transportation process either by truck/vessel/air.

• Inspect quality of production lines (Roasted Coffee bean, Instant Coffee Spray Dried, Coffee Mix) • Assist R&D team to develop new recipes• Assist Technical team to perform industrial trials and Commissioning• Being a part of the internal ISO team within the newly set-up factory of Saigon Coffee plant• Follow up product aging process to verify shelf-life• Handle customer complaint • Handle lab equipment profiles in order to schedule and follow up maintenance / calibration plan

• Inspect quality of production lines (Spray Dried Milk powder, canning and pouching packing machines) • Assist Technical team to perform industrial trials and Commissioning• Handle customer complaint

• Follow up industrial trials for Ice Cream (to increase melt-down timing, control size of crystals, evaluate back-up source of RMs and PMs...)• Follow up registration process of current and new products with the Government (testing report by 3rd party followed by certification process)• Perform Lab scale trials on Yoghurt setting (timing to get the culture set up at an optimum pH) as well as researching the production process of Yoghurt via trials on Pilot Plan.

• Maintain the effectiveness of Quality System ISO 9001 in place• Being an internal auditor and supervise the implementation of procedure / work instruction across functions
