• Controlling inbound and outbound flow of packages
• Collaborate with inventory team to manage stock and status of new inbound or nearly outbound packages
• Arrange operation teams to make packages to be stocked/ to be ready to ship on time
• Manage special request of customer to take extra care of specific shipments (lashing, packing by plastic/wood pallet, request fumigation to third party, etc.)
• Report about daily shipments to warehouse manager, warehouse sponsor.
• Develop self-performance with continuous effort to close gaps in SOP and initiate improvement projects
