Working on IELTS Smart Learning app, an AI Speaking Practice App by IELTS Official• IELTS SMART LEARNING is an AI English speaking skill assessment product produced by IELTS official with iFLYTEK.• Worked closely with the IELTS academic team and iFLYTEK AI engine team to refine and optimize NLP systems to evaluate pronunciation, fluency, and grammatical accuracy in spoken English. Leveraging machine learning algorithms, we developed adaptive assessment models that tailored feedback and learning paths to individual users.• Communicated with iFLYTEK's product and technical team about the product development schemes for students' APP, teachers' webpage back-end and To B CRM, and followed up the implementation until the launch.• Designed for the payment process of To C sales and CRM, cooperated with iFLYTEK team to develop till the launch.• Designed the content of new question types and product form, cooperated with iFLYTEK team to complete the product development of APP terminal and Admin back-end until the launch.

Using NLP, we developed a self-service module that accurately understood and responded to user inquiries.
