I also provide technical instructs to the new staff about the project.For general technical part, I am responsible for analysing the thermal comfort of underground spaces; Building 3D model of office, Lab, warehouse; I can design the layout of supply diffuser and return diffuser for these spaces. I set up simulation cases for these space; the procedure is to set up the baseline cases; then according to the results of simulation, improving them to get a proper and reasonable design. Before the simulations of these spaces, literature review should be done. I went through the relevant standards, such as SS 553:2009 ACMV in building, SS 554-IAQ for Air-con buildings, ASHRAE standards 62.1-2010, CIBSE, Fire code 2013 Building Professionals(Singapore), Chinese standard GB50736-2012 and so on. Depending on these standards, I obtained the relevant information such as occupancy load, light load, equipment load to calculate the internal heating load. And the amount of fresh air, proper relative humidity, temperature for air-conditioning spaces; mechanical ventilation rate for non-air-conditioning spaces.I also studied the material of tunnel, PIARC & Tunnel engineering handbook are referred. In order to design proper air flow pattern for the building spaces, the diffuser product manuals also were studied and proper diffuser types were chosen and simulated. For office and lab, the square type is chosen; for corridor and atrium, the rectangle type.For data centre, I am familiar with hot-isle/cold-aisle system and in-rack cooling system and doing the relevant simulation for both system. -

EngineerDongfang Steam Turbine Co. Aug 2009 - Mar 2013System level: I am familiar with the product life-cycle management system for the steam turbine blades. Familiar with the relevant BOM excel. Familiar with solving relevant problems in manufacturing and production.On technical level, I have the experience of designing a standalone steam turbine for course exercise; I am familiar with the relevant principles of steam turbine. I have the basic knowledge about the manufacturing, installation, and test run of steam turbine. For blades of steam turbines, I can analyze the strength and vibration of steam turbine blades. I have designed many steam turbine moving blades of different Generation Sets, whose capacities are 100 MW, 80 MW, 50 MW or below, by using traditional method and FEA method. I introduced the FEA method for examining the blade strength and vibration. I also have experience in developing new profiles of blades, including constant area airfoils and tapered twisted airfoils. I am familiar with different types of rivets for steam turbine blade, familiar with the methods for damping, familiar with the different structures of roots of steam turbines.Meanwhile, I also design rotating blades of feed-pump steam turbines; provide the blade scheme for these feed-pump steam turbines; provide the security analysis reports for these steam turbine units. I have experience in participating in many projects of re-rating, upgrading, and modifying generation sets.I also do product service of steam turbine blades, and are responsible for the quality of steam turbine's blades manufacturing by outsourcing factories; assistant the supervisor of the Business Division to solve the installation problems and provide technical advice. I have the relevant knowledge of heat treatment for steel, surface treatment process (for water droplet erosion). I am familiar with the governor and control system of steam turbines.
