Resolve customers’ problems.Ensure that standards of service are maintained.Administer the institutions’ operations and investments.Evaluate loan applications, determine an applicant’s ability to pay back a loan, and recommend approval of loans.Assemble and prepare paperwork, process applications, and complete the documentation after a loan or line of credit has been approved. Attempt to collect payments on overdue loans.

Building preparation of concerts, athletic, and any other special events.Include but not limited to set up and tear down tables, chairs, stage, lights, sound, and video.Also, setting up dressing rooms, pipe and drape and picking up and laying down the basketball floor.Perform routine custodial duties including: sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning restrooms, trash pick-up, and any other duties assigned.

Be responsible for contract drafting.To coordinate the relationship between the Supervisor and employees.Arrange for meetings and conferences; write minutes of meetings.Sort and route mail, answer telephones, fax and e-mail.Purchase, distribute the stationary and make a record.
