Ensure any actions points on either side are executed.* Ensure that One Hill Records remain up to date on policies and timelines which impact the value we are able to claim. * Develop direct relationships with new territories, as prioritised within the team.* Act as a secondary point of contact for the client roster, working in conjunction with the Senior Relationships Manager - Record Label Clients.* Identify industry events which will help One Hill Records to grow. On my day to day business I support the label relationship Manager (MRO). My main responsibility is registering Master Owner Neighbouring Rights catalogues in societies' databases, combined with keeping the files and the Repertoire Database up to date, updating the procedures as such. 'Skek is a student-run diner in the heart of Amsterdam. They aim to teach students how to run their own business. The venue hosts a range of cultural and culinary activities. Here I worked for two years where one of the years I was as a member of the board of Skek. Some of the activities that I did were bartending, serving, cooking, music programming, long term planning & budget, project management, job interview procedures with new Skek members, organizes festivities, maintaining contact and relations with the bars surrounding Skek, motivating coworkers, communicating with the head board (Kriterion) developing annual goals and means to achieve them, and internal and external communications.
