Performed DNA Biochip fabrication process development, including works on oligonucleotide attachment chemistry, surface modification, and QC protocol. Co-developed final SOP for CodelinkTM gene expression chip.Optimized single-base-extension SNP assay. Demonstrated SNP detection of DNA targets derived from Rolling-Circle Amplification.

Co-developed energy-transfer-dye DNA sequencing kit (DYEnamicTM kit). Drove production scale-up and technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.Responsible for the Synthesis and QC of more than 10 reagent products (modified nucleotides, dye conjugates and phosphoramidites). Prepared SOP and product information kits for ISO certification.Improved synthesis of nucleotide analogs and nucleotide-dye conjugates for DNA sequencing and genotyping.
