My primary focus will be on strategic management of owned and leased real estate, property operations, project management, representing Mercy in contracts with external parties related to campus entity transactions, financial oversight of operating budgets, promoting workforce growth and development, and role modeling the mission and values of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas.
