Responsibilities:1. Assisting the project manager with Wenchang EPCI (Engineering,Procurement, Construction and Installation) project in South China Sea. Building oil platforms/modules and subsea pipeline systems.2. Arranging project meetings and preparing documents.3. Helping the manager to communicate with international companies such as Saipem and DNV and their vessels.Main Task: Following the project manager to observe and to learn thebasic process of an international project.

Responsibilities:1. Develpoing new clients and maintaining relationships with current clients.2. Training new sales staff.3. Doing market research and analyzing the Chinese diamond market.4. Analyzing company's sales data and reporting to the general manager.5. Discussing company's marketing strategies with general manager and department managers.Main achievements:1. Company's top sales in 2016 (1.7 million Euros) and 2018 (2.1million Euros).2. Created own unique sales model which was applied in company-wide.3. Built two extra B2B sales channels for the company.

Responsibilities:1. Helping the investors in China to build the company in The Netherlands.2. Being responsible for the company's daily operation.3. Manage the company's mineral business, importing minerals from Guinea and Sierra Leone and exporting to China.4. Being responsible for negotiations, shipping arrangements and account management.5. Finding new suppliers in Africa and maintaining relationship with them.
