I began working as a bar team member back in 2017 as a part-time job whilst completing my degree. Over the last 5 years I have trained to be both a team leader and a deputy manager within stonegate pub company, by completing both practical and on-paper learning. As well as completing online courses I have also completed business holds at my own site as well as helping other sites too, developing my managerial skills and my team-work skills. Team training and development is my favourite part of my role as I love to see progress and harness potential within employees.
