Vocational Specialist Developed an educational/training service plan, which clearly specified individualeducational and vocational goals, provided vocational evaluations and developedemployability plans, outlined vocational goals and actions required to meet objectives.Evaluated gather information and decided on suitable employment or vocational trainingopportunities. Secured employment opportunities based on students’ needs by researching about employers and contacting them about possible employment. Visited employers to develop knowledge of industries and improve working relationships to promote the services and skills students could provide to them. Counseled and advised students and parents about federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs, policies, and procedures. Assisted students and their families with college selection, applications and scholarships.High School Teacher Taught all subjects as assigned, maintained daily lesson plans, kept accurate records on each student such as report cards, attendance records, and behavioral/discipline records, and maintaining a safe and secure learning environment. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills as they related to the interaction with students, parents other teachers, administrators and other school personnel. Participated in professional development opportunities and applied the concepts to classroom and school activities.
