Provide engineering consultation, review and writing of technical documentation, and planned the execution of a project for an aerospace company. Utilized aerospace engineering and mechanical design principles to design plane wings for an innovative approach to flight using bioinspired design elements.

Built a data analytics company with a team of partners to provide big data analytics to political campaigns. Worked with technical experts to brief customers about potential voter turnout, data analysis and provide examples of work that the team was capable of. Developed presentations and documentation to support business development and briefed political campaigns about services including data analysis, staffing, and message creation.

Executed end-to-end software development projects for the IRS utilizing the Agile methodology. Oversaw developers and technical experts to execute software development projects. Led requirements gathering sessions with internal and external clients using requirements tools such as visuals to capture requirements. Managed requirements. Wrote use cases and user stories based on customer needs while working with developers on modifying an off the shelf real estate portfolio software program. Utilized Oracle tools and SQL to query the relational database and modify the data dictionary. Conducted testing of beta versions of the software and managed issues via Redmine and other tracking tools. Provided training programs of software functionality. Managed personnel and served as a liaison to the government customer about the 15 projects that were being scheduled for the following three years.

Analyzed asset capabilities using a simulator to help clients strategize and maximize performance of said assets. Worked with customers to capture the proposed collection strategy and identified key parameters. Set up the simulator with variables and parameters. Data sets were so large that it would take a minimum of three days to complete one iteration. Learned and utilized command languages like Unix and SQL to parse data and export hundreds of thousands of lines of data to analyze in Microsoft Excel. Used pivot tables in Excel to analyze subsets of data and create a story based on the data extracted by the simulator. Repeated this process various times to get a wider understanding of the effects of a proposed strategy by changing various parameters. Customer requirements were captured in DOORS. Conducted research to understand thoroughly complex scientific phenomena and simplified findings as necessary for non-technical staff members. Created presentations and briefed Intelligence Community (IC) staff to communicate the effects of a proposed strategy so they could make a decision as to whether to implement the new strategy. Earned a Lockheed Martin SPOT Award in 2007 for a briefing presented to government officials and executive leaders. Selected to brief government leaders on the capability of the simulator in a road show tour to educate the IC about the simulator. Fielded questions from leaders of various branches in the IC and military. Received a Meritorious Unit Citation Award for contribution to a government program. Selected for a leadership program involving a rotation to various projects within Lockheed Martin Corporation. Recognized in 2006 with a Lockheed Martin SPOT Award.
