Josh is the founder and CEO of Strategy & Demand, a boutique advisory firm focused on the $10 trillion travel, tourism, and hospitality industry.Before launching Strategy & Demand in 2023, Josh was a member of the management team at Carnival Corporation where he led Seabourn Cruise Line, the luxury ocean and expedition travel brand, Cunard North America, and served as chief strategy officer of the world's largest vacation company. Prior to joining Carnival Corporation, Josh was the Managing Partner of McKinsey Miami's office where he grew the office four-fold, serving clients in the retail, travel, tourism, and consumer sectors. Josh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar, and a BA in economics from the University of Chicago, where he was Phi Beta Kappa. Josh is a published author, a Tedx speaker and a frequent blogger on the role of travel and leisure in enhancing our lives at home and work.
