As a Disability Benefits Specialist at Broadspire, I manage the administration of disability claims for various clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, as well as client-specific policies and procedures. I also communicate with claimants, employers, physicians, and other parties involved in the claim process, providing excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.In addition to my current role, I am pursuing two bachelor's degrees from Florida International University, one in Marketing and one in International Business, which will enhance my knowledge and skills in the fields of business development, strategy, and global markets. I have also completed an Excel 2016 Essential Training certification from LinkedIn, demonstrating my proficiency in data analysis and reporting. My goal is to leverage my education, experience, and management skills to advance my career in the insurance industry and contribute to the success of Broadspire and its clients.
