• To develop technical and functional specifications in the Entity's Internet site, such as provisioning, functionalities and technical standards, for their implementation in order to comply with the navigation standards recommended by the W3C.• To implement the requirements of the online interaction phase, such as search schemes, opinion surveys, document download, petitions, claims and complaints, e-mail, chat and access to information systems, in order to promote the access to multiple citizens' participation channels and mechanisms.• Ensure the quality and integrity of the Web site, carrying out unit and integral tests on the built components.• Give support, as central source of reference and information, to the Users, providing guidance and assistance in the use of the Web platform.
