About Leif E Broch

Jeg har god og bred kompetanse på strategi, ledelse, kommunikasjon, stabsrutiner, dokumenthåndtering, digitalisering, prosjektarbeid, juridiske problemstillinger og planarbeid. Innen opplæring og undervisning har jeg i mange år undervist i mange ulike fagfelt, både i Forsvaret, i kommunal sektor, men også 10 år som lærer for Arbeidslederskolen i AOF med fagområdene kommunikasjon, ledelse- og organisasjon, økonomi, personalforvaltning, yrkeslovgivning og avtaler i arbeidslivet. Jeg har også hatt mange ulike foredrag om valg (bla på UIB), beredskap på ulike konferanser og på NUSB.Innen krisehåndtering har min kombinasjon av militær bakgrunn og kompetanse, sosialfaglig utdanning, sammen med lang erfaring innen kommunal krisehåndtering, gitt meg en sjelden bredde på dette feltet. Jeg har da også det overordnede stabsansvaret i Eigersund kommune for beredskap.Mine gode formuleringsevner har vært svært nyttig innen informasjonsområdet. Jeg har også høy digital kompetanse på ulike områder innen ikt, web og sosiale medier. Videre har jeg god erfaring i mediehåndtering med både lokale, regionale og nasjonale medier.Erfaring fra Forsvaret, sosialsektor og kommunen for øvrig har også gitt meg en solid kompetanse innen sikkerhet, beredskap og personvern på ulike nivåer. Min personlige bakgrunn, med oppvekst delvis i utlandet, varierte yrkeserfaring og utdanning har også gitt meg meget god flerkulturell kompetanse.Som ansvarlig i mange år for gjennomføring av valg og folkeavstemninger i kommunen, samt erfaring fra internasjonalt valgobservatørarbeid og formell utdanning har jeg også god kompetanse innen valg og menneskerettigheter.Gjennom min samfunnsfaglige utdannelse og varierte yrkeserfaring har jeg fått en meget bred kunnskap om offentlig sektor, og da særlig på kommunalt nivå.
