I have strong qualification within this four-part field both in depth and in breadth within R&D as well as a general great experience through my very long employment at VCC. Thereby even experiences in Aftersales and also Volvo cars Sweden- BIMA. The first field I have worked with are Strategies area within high technical as TCP, Big Bang, Research and Core area in unit Complete Car (R&D) as a Project and Business leaders. Furthermore have been lead and coordination GTDS within R&D. Also act as gate-keeper for all leading global products as Big bang and TCP items.Second field I worked for 7 year as project leader in FU as drive and take lead in Advanced Engineering and VU in two dimension levels as all units in R&D and only Complete Cars. The third field I have worked for 10 years with project leading. There I have succeeded to work in all phases within car development as early phase as concept, middle and finish phase with project dimension in modules team (Agile) and with cars in production as ratio and quality..Finally field I have been involved in changes of one Finance for 7 years both within Henrik Greens unit 90 000 as in all product streams and his budget frame with D&D-P, Powertrain (Mike Fleiss), Hardware (Helena Bergström Pilo) and Chassi units as Senior Finance Controller. Furthermore been development BW, Pecca Procost, product streams for Finance team. Also work with Pob system, LN TSU system and development tooling to handle master file for forecast and Engineering list FTE. Furthermore I have worked for almost four years with CFO Ulf Fridlund, as Group Business Financial Controllers in the company PMC Hydraulics Group. There my focus area in Finance is to look at all nine companies’ results and then analyze and create the action needed for us to be on track. My achievements have been of great benefits for project and line are deliveries in technical, economy, time, planning, quality and efficiency in Agile way.
