About Leif Thobroe

I am deeply committed to EDI in sport, and the positive impact sport can have on people's lives. I've been harnessing the power of disability sport since I first started competing as a para athlete in 2017. I am Disability Sport Wales' regional partnership senior officer for the Central South region, as well as a disability and inclusion tutor.I have a master’s degree in business (MBA) focussing on sport development and EDI, with a proven track record of developing long-term relationships and advising partners, national governing bodies, and local authorities on strategic and operational decisions.
