I have a strong hands on knowledge of industrial production methods, forecasting and scheduling methods required to meet target sales numbers. Experienced in building, managing and retaining teams to optimize production output as well as repairing small businesses that have major funding and cultural problems. I would describe myself as pragmatic, solution and output driven, evidenced by the integral part I have played in the start up and development of my current project Naukabout.
