- Led an experienced team in implementing the international engagement strategy, focused on North- and Latin-American partnership building- Produced and edited major proposals, reports and other communications, in English and Spanish, targeted at a range of actors and donors.- Undertook a SWOT analysis as part of proposals to revamp said strategy, with findings relayed through presentations to the General Secretary and other senior civil servants.- Led on regional and global policy research to adapt to trends and emerging opportunities. * Note that because of personal circumstances (since resolved), I stepped down from the Manager role in August 2017, retaining a similar brief as a consultant until December.

- Helped design and deliver the organisation's income generation strategy for international engagement and expansion. - Edited and drafted high value proposals, bilingually, typically concerning multi country regional development programs and presented to various US foundations tand he IDB, UNICEF, World Bank, CAF and EU. - Supported and coordinated the participation of LAC based partner organisations in diverse initiatives. For instance, I sat on the strategic planning committee of the Latin America Think Tank Summit 2015, following on from my earlier participation in the Beijing G20 Think Tank Summit.- Undertook communications and worked closely with comms. teams to build media support, profile and backing for CIPPEC’s work.

2013 - International cooperation consultant for ICW Latina, previously headquartered in Buenos Aires. I helped design and deliver a new donor engagement strategy.2012 - Freelance researcher at the Igarape Institute, a Brazilian think tank. I researched and co-authored a literature review on preventing youth violence in Latin America, funded by NOREF. (see the publications section further down the page). 2006-2012 - Fundraising Manager at Disability Rights UK, based in London.Achieved a fivefold increase in the organization's income over 3 years, through high value grants and contracts including $1m from the Ministry of Health and $700,000 from the then Ministry of Communities and Local Government.2004-2006 - Trust and grants officer for Womankind Worldwide, based in London. Contributed to various proposals and reports on gender issues including sexual and reproductive health and rights.
