I have worked internationally with technical complex systems and solutions for many years. This in roles where I have managed technical and engineering departments as well as had the responsibility for many projects. Primarily I have worked with solutions and equipment related to signal processing, metrology/measurements, and communication systems, but have also touched production and logistics.My main motivation is to get people and organizations to thrive and execute. I want to make people work together and achieve strong results while having a great time.Initially my educational background is an M.Sc.E.E., which I have expanded with courses in project, business, people, and change management.My competences and experiences are wide and I can fulfill a variety of management positions, e.g. as program manager, project manager, department manager, or change manager. Based on my analytic skills, persistence, and empathy I will in such a position create overview, progress, quality, and collaboration.
