Clinical Supervisor for the Treatment Foster Care Program Provides supervision to the assigned therapists and behavior support staff for each family that are in the Treatment Foster Care Program. Provides direct clinical services to clients to include but not limited to individual, group and family therapy, as needed. Oversee Treatment plan schedule and on-going services to clients.Facilitate foster parent support groups, in-service training, and pre-service training as assigned by the Regional Director. Coordinates and supervises clinical interns.

Independently assess, diagnose and treat patients from a clinical and psychosocial perspective while working with a multi-disciplinary team.Facilitates individual as well as group therapy with children and adolescents (ages 4 and up). Completes psychosocial assessment and facilitates family therapy as needed.

Assisting Ms. Renee Traweek is daily tasks around Champion Therapy. Maintaining proper documentation of sessions, files and progress notes for the clients. Under the tutelage of Ms. Renee I provide services for clients such as children with ADHD, behavioral disorders, dealing with grief &loss, and abuse issues. I also observe sessions for marital couples in crisis and for families in crisis. Our goal is to help clients begin the process of self actualization of the individual, personal empowerment, developing healthy relationships, and preservation of marriage and family.

Functional Analyst/CaseworkerProcess, analyze, and monitor each patients progress. Refer patients to any services needed as their case worker. Refer the patients with substance abuse problems to rehab facilities.

Monitor parents' progress while their child is in custody; submit them for court ordered services while establishing and setting goals for each case. Monitor children in care, maintaining their safety in while keeping up with all medical needs. Write court reports and attend all court hearings for each case. Find alternate placements for children when needed. Make monthly visits to each child, as well as parents and caregivers for each case. Keep accurate and detailed reports on every case. Document all conversations, test results and any developments regarding the case.

Performer during Sunday school and various weekdays at the church. Children are taught lessons from the bible and different virtues every week.
