Led School Turnaround team for OCPS supporting three of the lowest performing high schools identified in the lowest five percent of schools (measured by the FDOE) resulting in all schools increasing their school grades to a C or above. Designed, supported, and monitored the school’s utilization of the FDOE School Improvement Grant (SIG).
