-Lived in a bunk with 13 campers for 7 weeks and helped facilitate cleaning, group harmony, special events, and other activities without the use of technology while providing leadership skills-Coached campers aged 7-15 swimming fundamentals up to competitive techniques, creating lesson plans and running groups with varied abilities-Assisted in the daily clean-up and safety checks on the extensive dock system-Worked with a global co-counselor and staff group, using cultural awareness to ensure effective collaboration
