Currently responsible for the delivering of Traincrew in the right place at the right time for Drivers, Guards Colleagues across the entire GWR network, the role involves working closely with other colleagues in our Integrated Control Centre, managing the booking on and off of Traincrew colleagues as well as forward planning the service, carrying out medication enquiries, dealing with colleagues who can at times can need added support.
